Verizon's NO Privacy Policy

Imagine you start an Internet subscription with Verizon. You accept the Terms & Conditions and a la, you browse and email all the way. There is a little snag. Verizon injects a special header in your internet traffic that is able to uniquely track you (nothing new here) but also able to replace cookies you have deleted so that you are permanently tracked by Verizon and its partners (you know, the Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Twitter and Walmart's of this world).

Since you have accepted the T&C's, Verizon is allowed to do such and if you don't like that you are fekked:
If you do not want information to be collected for marketing purposes from services such as the Verizon Wireless Mobile Internet services, you should not use those particular services.
Read more about Zombie Cookies here and here.

Maybe it is wise to stay away from Verizon and select another provider, at least one that is not messing around with your Internet traffic...
